Resolved - Infrasec are now up and running so the operation should be normal again.

Identified - We have identified an issue with Infrasec who handles the Control Unit for a few of our customers operating in Sweden. Until then you unfortunately will have to charge the customers outside of the Sitoo POS app (for instance with cash or a Swish number) and write a physical receipt.

NOTE! This in only relevant for our customers operating in Sweden and dependent upon the Control Unit provided by Infrasec.

We will be conducting a planned infrastructure update of the new Back Office which means that you will be unable to access it during this period. If you have planned work to perform during these 30 minutes we are sorry for the inconvenience as we have chosen a time when we have very limited traffic in the system.

How this may affect you:
- During this 30 minutes window you won't be able to access the new Back Office.

What will not be affected:
- The will have no effect on any POS operations nor work in old Back Office.
